Fantastic hotel. Is a little tried in places but the staff made my wife and I very welcome and could do enough for us. Very comfortable beds. Miles better than the hotel (Hilton) we stayed in the following night. (Hiltons rack rate was 4 times the Westmead's) Although we didnt eat in the restaurant due to arriving very late and leaving early the following morning we did buy drinks. Very reasonable bar prices. Plenty of parking. We would stay here again.
Restaurant is very nice to have a meal or a party. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Food is lovely with a good variety to choose from the menu and a wide selection of drinks available. Top place
Comfortable hotel just off the M42. Food good but the whole experience let down by the staff. Apparently the kitchen was too busy to provide breakfast pancakes as the chef was prepping for lunch. Bathroom extractor fan not working and reported - no action taken to rectify it. One set of bathroom towels missing and staff 'too busy' to bring replacements - eventually delivered after a wait of an hour by reception staff who handed them over with not a word. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable.
Great atmosphere,nice staff,very disappointing Xmas dinner!we waited an hour for starters and when the main dinners arrived,after another 40 min wait,the portions were child size!! considering we paid 900 between us all, someone made a nice tidy some that day!will not be returning!!
Really enjoyed our night at the hotel. Delicious dinner in the restaurant as well. Beautiful king size bed in a clean, well furnished room. Good bathroom too. Plenty of parking and a convenient location. Helpful staff added to a thoroughly enjoyable visit. Highly recommend this hotel.
